1983 Michael Billington interview

It's probably well known to most of you, but this afternoon I
stumbled across an interesting 1983 interview with Mr. Michael
Billington:

It's rather amusing to see him doubtful that anyone would ever hold a
festival in honor of UFO!

I wonder reading this interview whether at this time he had actually
seen any of the shows since the original airing--or if he had
bothered watching them at all back in the day?
