Sorry Marc - I know this is a bit off topic - but I got a Franklin Mint
catalogue today in the mail and it is offering the Trek 3-D chess set that someone on this site was asking about a number of weeks ago. FM's toll free ordering # is 1-800-843-6468, 24/7 and the set is on page 32, priced at $295 Canadian (I get the Canadian edition of the FM catalogue out of Richmond Hill, Ontario), payable in 5 monthly installments of $60.19 each, with $5.95 S&H). The catalogue calls it "The Official Star Trek Tridimensional Chess Set", with the 32 game pieces plated in sterling silver and gold. The FM code # for ordering is #342. It's actually rather attractive - for chess fans, it might make a nice addition to any Trek collections they've got. I know you'll use your discretion on permitting this piece of info to get posted. Ah, it is ended already! Yeah, that's a Trek set - nothing like the UFO 3D chess ....... I swear, I saw a UFO type 3D set in a store years ago and wanted to get it, but didn't - I had some excuse for not getting it. Sure wish I had gotten it then. <pout> -- Y -- =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Yuchtar zantai-Klaan | [hidden email] I am not a number!
