500!

Dear All,

we are pleased to let you know that the movie "500!" is now available on DVD.

As some of you may recall, ISOSHADO was approached by the three directors back in 1999 to check Ed Bishop's availability to act in the film for the cameo part of Reverend Jones. Ed accepted the invitation and spent a couple of memorable days with us in Genoa, the first one fully dedicated to his scenes of 500! (pls. see: www.isoshado.org - ISOSHADO Activities - UFO Actors in Italy).

After the initial release of the film at the movies, it almost disappeared because of distribution problems, though a very hard to find VHS version was later released.

Finally today 500! is officially available on DVD (pls. note: Region 2, Italian dubbing, no English subtitles) and can be purchased from abroad (www.dvd.it).

Cool! Thanks for that news, Teresa.

Note that there has been a fair amount of UFO-related news appearing on
this group in the past couple weeks, and that usually this news is also
repeated on the "What's New?" section of my UFO Series Home Page.
However,
I've been in the midst of moving for the past couple weeks, and the
computer
I use to update that site hasn't been hooked up to the Internet for
almost 2
weeks (it's been a difficult move, with a huge amount of remodelling
work
going on in the new house, plus fixing up the old house before putting
it up for sale, plus I'm currently on jury duty for a 2-week trial).

So hopefully I'll get around to updating my "What's New" page in the
next
week or two, when things (hopefully) will settle down and get back to
normal.
