A&E to release Captain Scarlet May 28th!

Hi all,

Perhaps this is a bit off-topic, but I see on the New Video
website that A&E/New Video will be releasing the complete
series of "Captain Scarlet" in the USA on May 28th!

Wow, I didn't expect THAT!

Sorry, but the only information available is that all
episodes will be released on May 28th. We'll just have
to wait for the details. In the meantime, A&E will
be releasing Thunderbirds sets 5 and 6 on April 30th.

Hey Everybody,
I dont know if anyone here is familiar with the"Previews" order
book from Diamond Comics Distributors( They supply
every comic book store with what they - their wholesalers)???

It can be obtained at your local Comic Shop and includes
comics,toys,and Videos that will be released in he coming Months.

Anyway on page 491 in the March Order Book it does say that
A&E will release the "Captain Scarlet: the Complete DVD Set"
in May of this year at get this $59.95!

Well who knows if that Price will be the actual Price upon
its release, but if it is that would be amazing.


When i first saw this i wabted to Post it but i seriously thought
it was a mistake (and of course the Price could still be a mistake)

It does say in the description things like "All 32 episodes/15 hours of
Supermarionation excitement/ and a 6th DVD showcasing a Behind the
Scenes Documentary!

Geez i already shelled out a $100 for the PAL DVD's and i haven't
even watched them yet. ( I haven't got the Proper DVD player yet)


Just thought i would share what i Read in Previews.

Actually "Previews" from Diamond Dist. is for the Customer.
So the Prices listed in "Previews" is the general Public's COST.

Diamond Wholesales to the Comic Shops.

The Comic Shops COST would be LOWER than $59.95.

Prices listed are retail, as Previews is given to consumers to order
items from at their comic store.
