I've just been watching "Kill Straker!" and "The Sound of Silence" and was
wondering why Straker felt compelled to kill Foster in the former episode when he simply could have just given him the "amnesia drug" to forget all about SHADO. i have a reference on that......in the military we were told that we were trained to be above all our petty concerns and to serve and soldier no matter what we felt or who we were with.

It wouldn't have worked anyway. The drug only erased memories from the previous 24 hours. I think Straker said as much in "The Square Triangle" when he gave Cass & Whatshername their tea with the drug in it.

Yes, that's right. The drug would only have wiped out his short term memory and

i have been watching the show, the last episode i saw was the dalotek affair.
i noticed that the red shuttle to the moon, is a lot like the space plane launcher and spaceship one. also i noticed the stressful relationship you mentioned between henderson and straker, much more intense than i remembered. there is a paper model of the moon hopper i am going to build soon and will post pics. by the way, these ufo paper models are for free and i can post them here or send you copys of them for you to print out if anyone wants them. i push mold a lot of peices, but the pm's have paper parts in them and are complete. jim |

Two passes actually :-) ( and I run a Hospital School.. so its quite appropriate!! .. H.S.).. I can't remember how much I paid for mine last year.. but they were very cheap really. I just now have to get the courage to stick a Fanderson SHADO sticker on the number plate. UFO is not as well-recognised as Thunderbirds though! I will have a go for you.. ( Gay Ellis..) although I have tried her before in colour and she wasn't that good.. I'll see how it works out, but don't get your hopes up, and I am pretty busy right now so it will have to wait a while. Might try the eye shadow in paint for a change. (guys all seem to like Gay Ellis.. I wonder why!!)

I have spent nearly seven hours on Sky One and it's only a third done and only A4 size... I don't think any of my pics are online.. only on my website right now, and I've only been drawing for about a year really! I will email you about UFO models and Moonbase sketches and Gay Ellis!! There are more people doing CGI of UFO than drawing, so I am pretty much out on a solitary limb here! (I'm old-fashioned!!)
