It is I think a very hard costume to re-produce.
Like the weaponry as well.
As a matter of interest did you cover or paint the grilled hexagonal box just in front of the nozzle or did you cover it with something.

thanks Mark,the box is actualy covered with 1 1/2mm wide strips of 2mm plastic sheet and glued on about 1 1/2mm apart.
