I always thought when watching the aliens on UFO, how much more intrigueingthey would have been had they assumed the identitity of those they killed,an idea which really brought the Captain Scarlett episodes to life, a great idea!! I always thought the aliens were far too easily disposed of, or self-destructed far too easily they had all the menace, mystery, and presence but to expand their danger on earth, would intensify the threat of alienson earth and the urgency in neutralizing their threat, the storylines could really run riot along with locational sets.
Imagine the scene an underwater UFO surfaces Skydiver is sent to investigate, meanwhile Ayshea patrols the beach in her Bikini, but has her identity been taken over by the aliens? only one way to find out off with the bikinifollowed by a thorough medical check (amnesia pill given of course) of course Lew Grade would have had a stroke? but imagine the ratings!
