It's November 5th here in the UK... and to ensure that it goes with a bang, the latest copy of Andersonic has just arrived.
Issue 26 of this exquisite fanzine comprises 44 pages, 11 of which feature UFO in one way or another. For starters there's the final part of Graeme Bassett and Richard Farrell's 'Trojan Horse' UFO strip... very reminiscent of the strips that used to appear in Countdown and TV Action. Speaking of which... there's also a three-page feature, by Vincent Law, on 'The Renegade', a UFO strip from issues 38 and 39 of Countown. A one-page interview with Chris Drake is next, in which he talks about writing and the inspiration behind the new UFO Annual 1972; available from Fanderson. And we conclude with a three-page review by Chris Gibbins, in which he looks at the UFO episode E.S.P. Oh, and if you look carefully, a very small UFO puts in an appearance somewhere within the mag! Oh and Alec Freeman's Psychometric Evaluation... which makes for slightly disturbing reading!
All in all, FAB stuff and well recommended, whether you're a fan of UFO or not!
