You go, girl! I've been a hardcore Star Trek fan from its inception, which
makes it quite a few years (*grin*), but NOTHING can replace UFO in my
heart! I mean, I even like all 4 incarnations of ST! But that lean man in
his Nehru suit will always be tops to me. And although I have all of the
TOS episodes and all the TNG episodes and most of the Voyager episodes and
my favorite DS9 episodes, I still choose the 26 episodes of UFO to watch
first. Even my office decor has changed from ST to UFO in the past year.
Guess I'll have to second Anny's vote. (Besides, have you yet seen me write
a Star Trek story? I think not.)
It really isn't a matter of which series was done better. We all know that
GA could have used help in some areas. It's a question of which series left
the biggest impression. And while ST changed my view of the world and my
place in it, UFO made me fall in love. *sigh* So guess which one is closer
to my heart?
