Yes it was.Formerly called Neptune House.At the time of UFO it was the entrance to ATV Elstree Studios.ATV was the franchise that was controlled by Lew Grade head of ITC.
ATV was the principle UK channel involved in the making of UFO.It broadcast throughout the Midlands region of Britain,and was one of the first three franchises to broadcast
UFO.It was commonly referred to as ATV Midlands.
Currently the front of BBC Elstree/ATV Elstree/Neptune House can occasionally be seen in the BBC Series Holby City a spin off from the much older Hospital Drama Casualty.
