CAN YOU HELP YOUR CLUB?

Hello Nick!

It would be a fulfilment of one of my dreams to contribute to Fanderson what
I do the best - in the field of graphic design. I think that the fact I live
in Bosnia wouldn't prevent this, since we can send files through internet,
and I am ready even to pay DHL costs if sometimes needed. I am proficient in
both QuarkXpress and Photoshop, I do know fonts used for Anderson related
materials, I am even close to 60's trends in graphic design since it is my
favourite era. The fact I work on a PC doesn't present a problem, since all
my qxd (quark express document) files, PSD's (photoshop documents) and TIF's
were always readable and usable by printing houses that use Mac's. I am
sending you my CV and have to say it would mean a lot to me if I can
contribute to Fanderson and return at least a little of what all of us fans
received through the years...

I was interested to see in the latest FAB magazine that Fanderson is
looking for a graphic designer for merchandise and a website designer. I
assume this means that Chris Bentley is a bit overworked these days (not
very surprising!).

Yes, it was meant to go to Fanderson, I apologize deeply to all the members.
This is second time I do this, sorry all, i REALLY do hope it will not
happen again.


Since we are mentioning Fanderson, I got FAB today and saw new Shado badge.
I think it looks aweosme! I am delighted.

On the other hand, I read about the new proposed series of UFO, and I
shudder when I remember that text. I will not judge it ahead of time, but I
sometimes ask myself where is the justice in this world? Albert Hastings
(where is he?) had wonderful concept for new UFO, it was considerably
faithful to OUR UFO, and nothing happened. And now, see this! It sounds like
new episodes of "War of the Worlds" series, but it seems they are going to
make it. Makes me sad.

I am apologizing to all the members once again, and I hope it will not
repeat for the third time.

Good for you, Branko. As I said in an earlier email, I have exactly the same
negative impression when I hear about the new proposal for the UFO film.
