I cant wait until my Set 1 and 2 DVDs arrive. Im going to be
planted in front of the bigscreen for days watching each episode. I
just turned 36 but i can still remember being glued to the "tele"
at my Nans house in England when i was a just a kid (6-7 yrs old
perhaps?), intensly watching each episode. UFO and Thunderbirds are
GO were it!!..oh, and Match of the Day on Sunday : ) The fun part
was when i used to go out in the back fields of their house to play
and explore, often to be scared to death of the thought that UFO
was going to come zipping over the trees to get me...sometime i
could swear i heard that eerie UFO noise!!..many a time i was sent
running back to the house!! LOL Ahhhh...the fear and imagination
that science fiction can play into ones mind when your a young kid,
gota love it!
I think ive only caught one UFO show since i last saw the series in
England on regular TV ..SciFI channel i think. So now to be able to
watch all the shows and have all the memories of them jump out at me
is going to be a wonderful and very sentimental experience. Glad i
recently found a replacement missle for my DINKY Interceptor,
something has to protect me!!
Does anyone make a good scale model of the UFO's? I 'd love to have
one in my den.
BTW.being a new "poster" im enjoying reading all the threads.
