Hi,i'm a big fan of UFO,have been since 1970,my question is on the 1st
episode where Alex Freeman enters SHADO HQ,he meets up with a
beautiful blonde,he asks her if she's new and if she passed all the
tests,is the actress Cathrine Shnell,who later played Maya on Space
1999?

No, I believe the actress you are referring to is Louisa Rabaiotti.
