Complete Book of UFO now shipping from Amazon.com!

Hi all,

I just got an email from someone who had ordered the Complete Book of UFO
from Amazon.com (as opposed to Amazon.uk), and they just got an email saying
that their order had shipped!

Weird, as their site still says not available, and when I tried to order it they said no shipping data available yet. Anyone else have
any luck with them?
