I don`t think it was ever mentioned in UFO
how a SHADO/military execution would be carried out.
By the very nature of SHADO, it would have
to be an execution that could be made to
look like an accident to the public, to
stop awkward questions. Unless SHADO has
someone do the autopsy & lie about the causes,
or both maybe...
As it would have been a military execution it would most likely be a firing
squad. I doubt that SHADO would have to worry about it looking like a
accident but most likely the report of the death and any papers that would be filed
publicly would say something that amounted to death by natural causes. Rather
like that episode of Adderly where he questions a doctor about her listing the
cause of death as heart failure when the victim was clearly shot in the head
and she replys "A bullet in the head always cause the heart to stop. That is
alway heart failure!" And I suspect that any attempt to have another person
examine the body would have SHADO using it connections to see it didn't happen.
