Regarding the question on DVD availability:
I'm expecting delivery of DVDs in the next day or two. You can purchase them
off Amazon.com and yes, they are in stock. It took less than a week for the
shipment to go out. I'm new to the list, so I hope I'm not posting
incorrectly!
