Does anyone have a listing of the episodes on each UFO DVD Volume 1
& 2? I wanted to get a listing of which DVD has which episodes on
it. Wanted the listing for each disc in both the first box set and
the second. Thanks Phil

That's interesting and also odd. Wouldn't Identified and Exposed
have been better together on disc one of the first set?

Impressions of UFO

Sci Fi Guy
Just a few thoughts on UFO,
I've never seen any UFO episode before these ones listed below. Being a
Space 1999 fan I thought I'd take a look to see where S19 came from :). I
watched disks 1 recently and 2 today. I like this show allot! The sets,
SFX, music and acting are great, if taken with a grain of cheese :O. ( You
with the tomato, Its a kids show! )

Straker is a neat character and its done well, the actors voice reminds me
of Richard Dean Anderson. Seems there is a well placed female in a jumpsuit
in many S.H.A.D.O. scenes. The smoking was hard to explain to the eight
year old who watched a few episodes with me. Same issue with the
Thunderbirds DVDs. The premise, UFO aliens as body part snatchers and the
tension are very adult themes, when combined with the score it has a strong
serious mood. The shots of the UFO from the plane in 'Exposed' were great,
well done by meddings. The cameras were well worked, nearly every scene had
a neat something going on.

As old as the series is, Its fresh. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest
of the series.

BTW, I bought two boxes of the Konami figures and did not get a Lt Ellis :(
Best,
Barry

Thanks Sci Fi Guy...
I enjoyed reading your thoughts!!

My Mega-Set will be arriving in about a week (thanks Phil).
And many of the episodes it contains, I have never seen.
So I will be able to give you my spin on s99 from a UFO fans
perspective ;O)

Okay, I *like* Richard Dean Anderson, so I'll let that pass. ;-)
(I also have plans for a UFO/Stargate crossover)

I thought Richard Dean Anderson was the actor who portrayed Oscar Goldman
on the Six Million Dollar Man.
Do I have the names confused?

That was Richard Anderson. They're differentiated by the "Dean."

Ah, that's Richard Anderson, without the Dean ... Richard Dean Anderson
played McGuyver and plays O'Neill on Stargate.

No, he was/is. You used to be able to buy little Oscra Goldman
dolls for kids here at one time when the 6 million boom was at its
height.

Darn it you're right and I'm wrong, Yuchy.

Ok, disregard what I said (apart from the dolls)

Dave.
