I helped coordinate Ed's one 'official' paid appearance in LA in '73 at
a Toy Store, where he (dressed as Straker, boy was that fun getting the
wig to stay on his hair which was then neck length!) promoted UFO Dinky
toys.
I kept the 2 banners announcing the event. One was lost in a storage
auction in 2003, but just found the other one. It's about 10 feet
long, maybe 3 feet wide and is neon yellow/green with huge letters.
I'm going to put it on ebay shortly... Just thought I'd give a heads up
for anyone who might be interested.
