Ed Bishop in BBC Tapes

Montse-2
Hi all,

In case anyone of you is interested, the BBC radio programs where Ed Bishop played the role of Philip Marlowe have
been posted in a binaries newsgroup
(alt.binaries.sounds.radio.misc, I think). Each story is composed of three parts, and each part is about 13 Mb.

If you want some more information about the plays, here is the link in the BBC webpages and a short comment (and, by
the way, they sell the tapes):

One of the greats - not only of crime writing but American fiction - is Raymond Chandler.
Ed Bishop plays Philip Marlowe, the hard-boiled detective in the BBC radio dramatisations of
The Big Sleep/The High Window, The Long Goodbye/The Little Sister and Farewell My
Lovely/The Lady in the Lake. The last tape also includes a unique interview with Chandler and
Ian Fleming as they compare the characters of Bond and Marlowe"

Regards,
Montse
