Hi all,
On my "UFO Series Home Page", some of you may have seen some short excerpts of Ed Bishop's appearance on "Late Night Late", when he was interviewed before and after a broadcast of UFO in the 1980's (the episode was "The Man Who Came Back"). Well, I have been experimenting a bit with video encoding lately, and have now put the entire 15-minute interview into a 32 MB DivX movie: http://ufoseries.com/temp/edbishop.avi If you are unable to play this file, you might want to check http://www.divx.com/divx/ and see if you need to install something. On my Windows XP computer, I'm able to view this on Windows Media Player and BS Player, but I probably installed the DivX codec at some point in the past. And if a lot of people are unable to play this file, I'll try and re-encode it into Quicktime or something more fool-proof (not MPEG-1, as the file would be too big) Marc |
Thank you marc for making this available. Is Late Night Late a UK series or US series?

Thank you Claire. I don't know all the shows that are on after midnight because I don't have cable or satellite. I was hoping that it was still on the air in case I could get another copy in case this download does not work.

Many Thanks,
Fantastic Video of Ed. He seemed so approachable, very relaxed. I saw him in 1999 at the NEC with Francis Mathews i stood some 6 Feet away and wished i had spoken to him and paid the £5 to have an autograph and Photo. If i had my time again i would have. Although at 3 PM they both looked vey tired. I read the Threads about Ed's sudden demise and health, My own father is 70 soon and his Character and speed of conversation has changed in thelast 6 months. I find it very Sad when Gentlemen reach a certain age and in Our eyes beingyoungsters, I myself am 44 notice this sudden change when reality some 10 years have passed. Thats the difference between 63 & 73. Its a lesson for us all really. Don'tput off seeing that Person or Relative because in such a Short time they are Gone forever ! I have 2 Mpeg Files of Ed & Mike downloaded from the IShado website. I am happy to Share them with anyone who wants them ? I'm glad i decided to download them as their Exellent site is Still down asa Mark of respect. I Personally beleive that if a UFO remake does appear, The new Genration ofFans would like to know where UFO came from ? So al;l Websites, Fan Clubs need to carry on to spread the Good Word !
