I was stunned to hear of the passing of both Ed Bishop and Michael
billington. UFO was my first exposure to science fiction in
1972...yes, long before STAR TREK. Like many others here, as far as I
was concerned, Ed Bishop WAS the series. Parenthetically, as unfond as
my late mother was of sci-fi, our whole family NEVER missed an episode
of UFO. Thank you, Mr. Bishop, for so amy fond memories. Thank you
for making your work look so effortless. And, lastly, thank you, Sir,
for kindling my own interest in acting.
