Ed & Dolores on 'Late Nite Late'

Thanks for the welcome Marc! If I recall, only Ed and Dolores were
interviewed during the UFO run on 'Late Nite Late', but there might
have been someone else. I'll check out the tapes and let you
know....

Hi Amy and thanks for the welcome. I can understand your
appreciation of Ed Bishop, I guess there are a number of us out
there who have been similarly affected!! I have to say though, in
this interview Ed Bishop looked very ill and I was quite upset at
the time. I was glad to see in recent photos on the internet he
looks much better, despite being almost twenty years older. Please
may I ask, does anyone know if he was ill then? The interview was
done in 1987-88.

Ed was interviewed on Late Nite Late around the time of UFOria 1 (June 1988)
and he probably looked ill because his son had just been killed in a
motorcycle accident.

Hi Sarah, thanks for mentioning the tapes. I'd checked Marc's site
back a while ago and clicked on those tapes but for some reason my
RealPlayer didn't go full screen so I thought they were audio only.
After reading your post I went back to check again and made the
window full screen and voila!

Thanks for having them Marc, it was quite a treat to listen to Ed and
Dolores. Next best thing to going to convention.
