Hi Angelo!

Well, I try to translate it into English. I hope I'll be
successful. If anyone find some translation errors please feel free
to correct them :-)

Ed Bishop
Chat in the Bistro

"On holiday I feel most comfortable when I'm able to stay at
home in my garden – which is my great hobby. But this year I was
persuaded by my wife Hilary to get on `real' holiday with all
the trimmings. Friends invited us on their yacht which dropped anchor
near St. Tropez. On 8th of May we've started a three week cruise
along the French Mediterranean coast. Hilary and I were very
enthusiastic of the small fishing villages where we docked at in the
evenings. We set together with French farmers in the cosy Bistros and
having a chat right into the small hours of the night. I don't
speak a single word of French therefore my wife had to play the role
of an interpreter.

This holiday will be the last one for Hilary and myself for a long
time – because we're expecting a baby."

So long!

You might want to note the date of that article, which is also included in
the subject line above. (The baby in question has probably provided him
with grandchildren by now.)
