Future Was Fantastic! Update

Hi All,

I just got an update from Jeff Smart on his upcoming video "The
Future Was Fantastic!":

-------
as you can see by the attachment pics, the voice over recording session for
The Future Was Fantastic took place yesterday (Tuesday 21st Nov) with Ed
Bishop doing the voice over, myself ( Jeff Smart) directing the session and
Juliana Wuester as production assistant .

The session took place at Peter Gabriels recording studio in Wiltshire and
went very smoothly, taking about 4 hours to complete. Ed did a marvellous
job (of course) and has really given the documentary a very nice touch with
the addition of his distinctive voice. Interestingly and as an unexpected
bonus, Ed was able to add a few more details to the script having been a
part of the original programs themselves. This means that the show has an
extra level of accuracy and detail which would never have been possible
without his help.Thanks Ed!

All in all it was a very enjoyable session, and I hope that you like the end
result - I very much think you will!
More news in a few weeks
Regards
(Back to the editing..)

Pam McCaughey

Hi Marc - thanks for the update on The Future Was Fantastic! And the Ed pix
too! Any chance this program will end being available in Canada when it's
finished? I'd love to buy a copy!

Mr. Bishop is one of those wonderful American actors who has a rich and
distinctive voice!

Yes, it will be available on the NTSC (USA/Canadian) video format,
but you should probably reserve your copy in advance by following the
instructions on that page -- the reservation doesn't bind you to
purchasing it, but it does help Jeff Smart figure out the demand, and
notify everyone by e-mail when it's ready.
