I've been going to the Comic-con since 1990 and it's awesome every
year. Saturday is the biggest day of the con! That's good and
bad...first the bad, the line to buy a membership (entry to the
con). It is literally 3/4 to a mile long. BE SURE TO GET YOUR
MEMBERSHIP BEFORE SATURDAY! Waiting in line could result in missing
the Antonia Ellis event. The good, attendance to her event should be
good, especially with getting the word out. I'm sure she'd
definately feel good about that! For many people, this is the only
day they go.

If you have a room in the convention center, they will put a
paragraph in the show program which is free to all attendees. If
anything, you can ask them 'How many words do I have for the program
blurb?' Also, the con posts one-sheets all around the convention
center listing what's in what room. I'd recommend creating a one-
sheet 'ad' for the Q&A making about 100 copies to put on tables.

Vehicles may be a problem, the trolley can get us away from the
restaurants around the con and take us to 'Old Town'. On a Saturday
night, even there will be crowded. Definately want to stay away from
the Gaslamp.

So there's some ideas and some sharing of experience...
