Hi all,
Here's a suggestion that looks right -- Captain Craig from
KILL STRAKER. I just checked, and Freeman is wearing that
outfit while he's on Moonbase, and that piece of artwork
is there too. And it does look like Captain Craig, although
the hair looks darker in this photo. Must be a scene that
was cut out of the episode, because I don't think Freeman
ever talks to Captain Craig in the finished episode.

I think it's from "Kill Straker!" and the guy with Freeman is
Captain Craig (David Sumner).
