Thanks Rob,
I'm impressed by the information you've supplied. Could you please provide the full email address of Dominic Rayner, the Territory Mangager of Carlton, as the email you posted was abbreviated to dominic.rayner@c... As I have the full Thunderbirds collection on DVD, I'm now hoping UFO will be released in the Region 4 Australian Format. I haven't seen Captain Scarlet on the store shelves in Australia at the moment, so maybe UFO will fall by the wayside as well. Cheers! I sent some email to Simon Wheeler ar Carlton International back in
October last year enquiring after the Australian DVD release. Below is the response I received from him. I did not get back to him as I purchased a multi region DVD Player soon after and decided that it would be quicker to get the Region 2 release (Like Marc I usually order Region 2 DVDs through Blackstar). If anyone wants to follow up, Simon's email address is: [hidden email] By the way, although I have a ".com" email address, I live in Perth, Western Australia. Chris >Dear Chris > >Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the >series UFO. > >At the present time the series is scheduled for release in the UK in March 2002. I am currently in discussion with various Australian distributors regarding this series, and hope to have more news on a region 4 release in approx 6 weeks time. > >Thank you again for your interest. > >Best wishes > > >Simon Wheeler > > > > ...
