Incidentally, I forgot to mention that when you flip away from ITV4 and need
to go back, you just have to repeat the last paragraph of the instructions
i.e.
"...click Services... now
select No 6 which is Other Channels, you will see the No 10072, hit Select,
you should now be watching ITV4."

Receiving ITV4 on Sky before Monday.....
Set up a new channel on Sky digital, click on your remote:
1)Services
2)System Setup
3)Add Channels.
Put in:
Frequency (GHz) 10.758
Polarisation V
Symbol Rate (Mbaud) 22.0
FEC 5/6
Then highlight Find Channels. Hit select.
Highlight Channel 10072
Press yellow button to store the channel.
Press Select.
It should now say Channel line-up complete.
Press select.
Now click services (the first button you clicked to start all this) now
select No6 which is Other Channels, you will see the No 10072, hit Select,
you should now be watching ITV4.
