General Henderson and the Pit

I was not aware that General Henderson and the Police Officer from Quatermass and the Pit aka 5 Million Years to Earth  until I rewatched the movie today and saw him in it. Speaking of Quatermass I place him in the UFO universe since it would take the head of  the BERG to kick start something on the line of the IAC of SHADO. As for myself it was the viewing of 5 Million years to Earth while in the Navy that spurred me on to go to college earn a Ba now working on my Ma in History to have at least a working knowldge of various scientific subjects in my studies. If I was working for SHADO I would be the research scientist they come to for info with all that info out their alot is not on the net. Much is only in books, but most of all I love research and pushing back the frontiers of knowldge.
