George Sewell on British daytime TV children's program

Griff!
Hi All:

I was watching a bit of afternoon TV ('cos I'm not working as I've got the
flu ugh!)

Anyway, I came across George Sewell (Alec Freeman to all us SHADO
aficionados) on a children's afternoon show called "Harry and the Wrinkles".
I'm afraid Harry isn't our George Sewell, but one of the wrinkles (a
somewhat derogatory term for our esteemed senior citizen's I think)

George is looking well, and I don't think he'd mind if I said that he has
lost some weight. Rock On George!

Best to all :)

Griff

He also put in a guest appearance in an episode of Rising Damp
as a conman masquerading as a detective. There is one priceless
scene where he is questioning Miss Jones and utters the line

"Now Miss, I know you said the inteuder was in shadow ..." (sic)

Great stuff.

Dave.
