While down at the newsagents today I noticed the following Gerry Anderson
related titles or features in magazines. 1. New Thunderbirds Monthly Comic - Not a bad effort with actual photos from the episode Trapped In The Sky. It will be interesting to see how many issues it lasts for. 2. Gerry Anderson feature in Model Mart. Brains on cover. Did not purchase but the featured looked mostly in black and white. I think there may be a web site for this somewhere. 3. The most interesting item for me was a magazine called CGI with a free CD featuring the FMV clip from the new Thunderbirds game. It also features indepth look at the technology used to "clean up" Thunderbirds. Very nicely put together and one of the best but short Gerry Anderson interviews I have seen in print. I recommend the purchase of this magazine but I think some people may object to the following comment from the article:- "Despite the efforts of Vidifilm to observe a process of minimal interference, some purists (known as the Fandersons) weren't to keen on the results." Part of this feature is on the website:- http://www.365animation.com/Features/thunderbirds.shtml [hidden email] http://freespace.virgin.net/derek.eaton/ |

Yeah I practically knocked Suzanne's hubby Gary flying in my dash to snatch up the last copy in a local store! Shame that they have so many instructions to ut things out. Intact copies will be very rare in the future i fancy! > > 2. Gerry Anderson feature in Model Mart. Brains on cover. Did not purchase > but the featured looked mostly in black and white.
