Thanks for the reply, Mark. Why does it seem so difficult for these companies to get it right? Well, I still plan on getting the PE Skydiver, Interceptor & UFO anyway. As much as I like UFO, I'm not obsessive enough to take the time to scratch build one (call me lazy). Thanks again.

Unfortunately Geoff No...It looks very much like an admixture of the SHED/KONAMI Model.
Apart from the top and bottom clear canopies being the wrong shape, the vanes and paddles are shown to have corrugations.
In fact a fine corrugated material did cover the larger model used in the series (12/15 inch diameter)
It was used to cover the central cone, the vanes and paddles. However with the smaller models it was only used to cover the central cone structure.
The vanes and paddles were smooth. The top of the model is also structured incorrectly, while the edge of the black striped plate is also wrong.
The biggest problem of course is the Finish. The Finish should be highly reflective chrome. In truth the only way to get this finish and to get all other aspects of the model correct is to scratch build yourself.
