Has anyone made a UFO series alien spacesuit?

I have heard on this list of people managing to dress more or less
like Straker etc; but has anyone made an alien spacesuit? (Film-type
prop, not real working!!; full size, not toy.) I read that the cloth
used in the originals was lycra.
