The editors of The Ed Straker Herald are pleased to announce that the
‘Girlie’ edition of the Herald is now available! Apologies for the
delay. Blame the Olympics.
There are updates to all our exciting serials: Glitch in the Machine by
An, Shades by Spyder, The Shepherd, What the Blazes, Shot in the Dark
and Vodka.
There are several brand new short stories including Moon-Waves (a
tantalising look at Gay Ellis on a surfboard!!) In ‘Other Wars’ Straker
learns that SHADO is not the only organisation fighting aliens and One
Shot takes a look at the Olympics from a certain perspective.
Col. Lake continues her hunt in the Virginia Monologues, Gay Ellis
considers her favourite things and there are articles about ‘The Women
of SHADO’ and how Earth in an alternate universe deals with the aliens.
Colonel Lake also features in Art and there are more pages of Moreno
Tambellini’s beautiful ‘comic’ Identified, and of course the
ever-popular Star Signs and Personal advice from Dr Jackson.
