I'm Back!

Hi Everybody! <waving madly to everybody in the egroup>

I'm back now. I had some serious computer problems in the last month or so,
having it to crash and all. I lost my Xara Cube UFO screen saver in the
process:-( Is there any way I can get it from somewhere and download it?

Boy, have I missed you guys!!!!! I see some new names on the list as well
as the wonderful familiar ones that I love so much. What's the latest on
our favorite person, Ed Bishop? What's he doing these days? Who has
Yuchtar flamed lately? Am I still a secretary on Mars Base? I gonna have
to check that site to find out.

I have it <frown of concentration> If I can find all it's components,
I'll send it to you, but I think it's on the web somewhere ....

Well, let's see ..... Ed Bishop is fine and has the Beanie *I* sent him
sitting atop his computer <beam beam> He's going to cons and doing radio
plays. I've flamed Amelia, of course!! No idea if your job on Marsbase
is still waiting for you - have to ask Commander Lieve about that .....

I have a screensaver on my site as well, not the Xara Cube one, it's one
where SID, an Interceptor and a UFO appear, then Sky One destroys the UFO

Yes, you're still the secretary on MarsBase, of course you are!
I hope your computer problems are solved, Susan. I wonder if there are
people who can have a computer for years and never have problems with it?
One wonders how many back-ups SHADO has in case their computer network
falls out. But then they would use the SOS (Shado Operating System) which
is supposed to be very safe and quite uncrashable (and has a great help
file :-)
