Imai banktrupted on Feb. 2nd 2002, not the last year.
Their banktruptcy was the 3rd one, and the company choosed to
liquidate entirelly.
According to rumors, Imai's molds were selled to:
Aoshima (not Aoshmi): "Characters kits" ,
Doyusha : wooden ships and large injection ships,
Fujimi : scale model cars
Aoshima started to sell 1/350 TB2, 1/72 MOLE, Tracy Island.
And they will soon sell TB1 (new body & enjines molds - much
different from Imai's molds, although the molds were remolded by ex-
Imai), TB5 (with their new around-ring section and antenas), UFO
Moonbase.
