Inconsistencies

One of the things I like to look for are inconsistencies in the episodes. I'm really bad at it, but I like to look anyway.

One I noticed while watching "The Responsibility Seat" last night:
Straker is at a bar (pub, whatever), looking for Jo Frasier, who had taped an interview with him earlier in the day and may have caught some incriminating (?) evidence on the tape.
He asks the bartender where the Grenville Motel is. (assuming that is his destination) we next see the Strakermobile pulling up in front of Windermere Hall (Foster's girlfriend Tina Duval's residence in "Survival").

Another one I noticed in "The Responsibility Seat":

When the out of control Russian vehicle is bearing down on Moonbase, the girls inside the control sphere are wearing spacesuits. In some shots, their helmets, chest mounted radios, and the gizmo on the shoulder of the spacesuits are white in color. Yet in other scenes, they are yellow!

And Straker never seems to have any relationships with women besides the one shown with his now ex-wife. The only other "relationship" I recall was this one with Jo Frasier.
I don't know about you, but I think it kind of odd that he would be attracted to a woman that likes to whack men on the head with vases. Maybe he likes the abuse (kinky!)???
