Japanese DVD Menu

Hi all,

In case anyone's interested in what the Japanese UFO DVD menus look
like, I've made a Quicktime (version 5 or above) movie of the episode
selection menu:

Looks like it was based on the British UFO DVD menus...

Thanks, Marc!

That's great!
BTW, could you make a scan of the mousepad
which was included in the box?

Thanks again!

Sure, here's a scan of the mousepad:

It's kind of a silly extra, and not very impressive. There are
little clear plastic circles with pictures of the SHADO vehicles, and
the mousepad has a thin layer of water in it, so these pictures all
float around when you move your mouse over it. You can see the
little water bubbles in the scan.

Thanks, Marc!

One day we will find these mousepads at ebay for a price worth a
whole DVD box set, wanna bet? :-)

As well as the mousepad I got a little tin container [empty] with my
Jap boxed set. It has the Shado logo on the front. Not much to write
home about. Not sure what you would use for, could be something to
store/keep matches in in ? - just a silly extra. A better extra would
have been a exclusive Konami model.
