Japanese UFO soundtrack?

For anyone who can read Japanese, can someone tell

81 Tracks? Most of the bootleg UFO CD-Rs sold on eBay have 81 tracks.
I wonder if this CD is simply a copy of that?

Yes... if they're planning on making a UFO soundtrack CD
based off of a fan-produced CD-R, then they should get
in contact with me, as that double CD UFO soundtrack I got
a couple months ago has a lot of extra music on it...

But is "Engine Inc." a real company which produces
soundtracks? And is the soundtrack licensed by Carlton?
If so, I'd think they would have been given some better
music sources than that 81 track CD-R....
