KILL STRAKER! audio commentary

While not up to the same enjoyable standard of the TIMELASH audio commentary by Sylvia Anderson and Wanda Ventham, this is still better than Gerry's and Ed's efforts. Both Michael Billington and Alan Perry sound like they're enjoying it, particularly Perry. But they do make the classic "mistake" of many an audio commentary by getting drawn into what they're watching and talking about the plot. What little anecdotes there are, are screen specific[Michael Billington points out a girlfriend sitting at a console early in the episode, for example], and there's really not enough discussion of the wider context of the show. Definately worth hearing though, with some good humour from both guys-Michael Billington's voice is now reminiscent of Roger Moore's!-and it's nice to know that Alan Perry is still getting the hairs on the back of his neck raised by watching the episode, all these years later.
