Marmit Gay Ellis, and Sky 1

I saw that these were announced on the list about a month ago...has anyone
heard more about when they will be available? I know that the Gay Ellis looked
great....
Are they kits, or prepaints?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yep ! I would also like to know about these kits and in particular
were they can obtained. I have checked HLJ periodically - but I
suspect, being garage kits HLJ may not stock them. Help anybody ?

Hi Ken

Marmit will sell 3 products on July - Sky1 resin kit, Lt.Ellis resin
kit, and Lt.Ellis assembled/paited statue.

Price;
Sky1 and Ellis kit are priced at 18900 yen each(including consumption
tax of 5%)
Assembled/paited Ellis statue is priced at 28900 yen.

I recieved a reply from Marmit, they are NOT willing to ship
internationally - no idea why so, it seem there is little or no chance
from anyone outside Japan getting these kits.

They won't ship, but HLJ will, or some of the better hobby
distributors...(Rainbow 10, Astro Zombie).
There's always a source, but I don't want to get ripped off on eBay!

HLJ are not stocking these kits, acn confirm the others you mention
are. If they are a URL will most appreciated

No one else is stocking it, as far as I can tell. I believe they are
Marmit Mail Order exclusives.

I did recieve a response from Marmit, to a eMail query - they said it
would be available from retail outlets. But everyone, I have asked has
said that it not the case........... curious.

I got a response from my friend at the Doll & Hobby shop....he's only getting
the kit of gay ellis, not the prepaint, and they are on order. Did you want
the Sky One, and the Ellis?
Did Marmit give you a yen price for them?

Yep ! looking for both Ellis and Sky 1 kits. No Marmit did'nt give me
a price - but it on thier website. Marmit for whatever reason are not
willing to ship internationally and they don't seem to supply hobby shops.
