Here's a message from Helen Weber of the UFO fan club SHADO-USECC:

The October COMMUNIQUE for S.H.A.D.O.-USECC may be a bit late in
being sent because Helen Weber is recovering from an extremely
serious throat infection. She's doing lots better now, but not yet
up to the demands of putting out a newsletter. If you have
submissions you want to send, you still have time to do it.
