Michael Billington photos

Thanks to Andy (was it Andy?) who uploaded the recent spate of photos
of Mike Billington (oh yeah, and Ed Bishop was in there, too, wasn't
he?) to the shared files. Some wonderful photos. I looked at the
bio supplied with the convention program, and was amused to see that
Mr. Billington played straight man (in more sense than one, I'll
warrant) to Danny La Rue. He must be even more thick skinned (and
have an even better appreciation for outre humor) than I had thought
to have survived a year of "Our Danny."

Both Mr. B's (Billington and Bishop) look as if they were having tons
o'fun at that convention. It's wonderful to see them both looking so
chipper. Thanks so much for sharing these!

Indeed; though Mike B's sense of humour would probably enable him to
give as good as he got, even with Danny La Rue.

I think everyone did, it was a really good holiday weekend. Just a
pity it had to end (sigh). Roll on Eclectic 2002 !
