Mike Billington now honorary SHADO-USECC member!

Here's a note I just received from Helen Weber, the head of the
Amercian UFO fan club SHADO-USECC:

S.H.A.D.O.-USECC would like to announce the newest honorary member to
the club: Michael Billington. It was quite a surprise when he
