Interesting! I had noticed her listed as 'Carol Miller' quite a while ago on the IMDB website, but never thought much about it. You've peaked my curiosity, so I looked at the credits on my DVDs for the four episodes the websites said she was in. She is listed as 'nurse' in A Question of Priorities, and as 'moonbase operative' in both The Man Who Came Back, and Sound of Silence. There is no mention of her character in the DVD credits for the episode The Cat With Ten Lives, even though the websites credit her appearance. I'm sure most already knew this, but I for one did not. Your speculation about the name coming from a script sure makes sense to me.
