Steven Berkoff (Astronaut Steve Minto) currently has a 'Big' production at
the Old Vic in London called "Messiah - scenes from a crucification" which he has written and is directing. I have been to one of his previous production rehearsals (my girlfriend of the time was involved in the production, and Steve Berkoff is cuts a very demanding figure, and totally dominates his productions - extremely intense) I would guess that "Of Mice and Men" is more likely to be a Bristol production. Go Ed! Griff -----Original Message----- Hi Marc, Which Old Vic? There is more than one eg there is one in London and in Bristol! Katie Bleathman |

I have a visual of Ed Bishop as George and Michael Billington as Lenny
that just won't leave my head... "Tell me about the bunnies again, Commander..." You forgot to mention that Steven Berkoff plays....SATAN! Sorry went all
Saturday Night Live Church Lady there for a moment. I check The Stage, which is the definitive listing for anything happening in or about theatre in the UK. No listing for Of Mice and Men. I also used their link to check the websites for both the Bristol Old Vic and The Old Vic in London. Bristol had listing for all its coming productions, which are Cinderella, Paradise Lost, Mother Courage, and Loot which will run till March 27 of next year. The one in London on had the play Messiah listed and no info on coming productions. So most like it will be the one in London. James K. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
