Thanks guys never thought of that but I would swear it looked like a young Rowan since he looked like he was in his 60s in the last Johhny English movie if thats correct he was 13 or 14 when the show aired then hes my age of 53

Yes, I guess that page isn't very reliable either!  
According to the Fanderson UFO episode guide, Hugo
Panczak played the captured Alien.  However, according
to other episode guides, Hugo Panczak played someone
in a SHADO mobile.  I guess it could be the same
guy playing both??

Oh, and the SHADO library has Hugo Panczak as the
captured Alien in COMPUTER AFFAIR, and as a SHADO
mobile navigator in THE SQUARE TRIANGLE.  From
the screen captures, it does look like the same
guy.

I'm sure now someone will come up with an elaborate
untold story about how the Alien came back to life
and started working for SHADO... :-)

I think Hugo Panczakwas a crew member in a SHADO Mobile in the Square Triangle episode. I would have to play it to be sure; its been awhile since I viewed the episode. I'm sure he portrayed the alien in one of the early episodes.
