Hi all,
I've uploaded a new contribution from one of our anonymous
contributors. This is the music heard in the UFO episode THE LONG
SLEEP when Catherine is recalling meeting Tim for the first time in
Piccadilly Circus. This is on my "Music" page at:

taken from a tape recorded by Barry Gray, but instead is taken from
the episode's "music & effects" track. I temporarily posted the raw
track once, but the person who fixed this up did an amazing job of
correcting the wildly varying volume levels (and hiss!). I tried to
fix this up myself once but was never satisfied by the results. This
is much better version.
The reason we have to resort to fixing up the episode's "music &
effects" track is that major portions of the music from THE LONG
SLEEP no longer seem to exist, as they are either lost or were
recorded over by Barry during the production of SPACE:1999. :-( I
wonder if Fanderson will attempt to do similar reconstructions of
some of these tracks, or simply not include them at all.
