New Conover Saga story

Denise Felt
Hey!
Just wanted to let you all know that I wrote another Conover Saga story. This one takes place about 20 years after the last story in the saga. It's called 'Reevaluation' and can be found here:
http://denisefelt.weebly.com/reevaluation.html
The tagline for this story is: Lt. Foster finds her work at SHADO's spaceport very interesting.
Enjoy!

Yours,
Denise Felt
Straker, somehow it's always about you.

Hi Denise:

I have wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your stories. I have been following you for a while and just recently been catching up. I especially likethe Devilsgate Saga. It great to see characters we all know and love in different situations, just to see what they would do if given the change of time line or circumstances. I started reading the Conover Saga, I guess about 2005? Not sure but I will certainly check out the next story. Keep upthe great work. I am sure that you have many more fans then you think outthere, they just for some reason choose to stay anonymous.

LoWiz

Thanks for the kind words! Writers thrive off their feedback, and you'd think with fanfic there'd be more of it than usual, since you're working withcharacters from two mediums instead of one. But it's not so.

However, I've been lucky enough to have a few rabid followers that are constantly breathing down my neck wanting more stories! *grin* Which keeps me going. But I'm no exclusionist -- I'm happy whenever anyone says they likewhat I've written! So thanks for sharing -- you've made my day!
Yours,
Denise

P.S. The Devilsgate Saga is my current favorite! I just LOVED Straker in the Georgian era!!!!

Sorry Denise.. I simply have to say this re loving Straker in the Georgian Era.. I most certainly did! snigger.
Louise!!!

but to be serious, that's the joy of Fanfiction; being able to carry on thestories that might have found their way onto the small screen if the series had continued . Fanfiction is one of the best ways of keeping a series alive. I really believe that if there had not been all the Star Trek novels written after TOS finished, then the series would not have been 'reinvented' Hopefully the small band of UFO fanfiction writers are doing their bit towards keeping UFO alive in the minds of fans out there. Art work is fine, but you need the stories to be able to dream! and the fantastic variety of stories is a credit to the original writers of the show who didn't tie the characters into set roles... as in Thunderbirds. we are fairly free to indulge ourselves, knowing that most storylines have some 'basis' in the original series..e.g. Devilsgate.. we know the aliens played with time.
FarSight; we know that the aliens affected humans thoughts. so keep writing! and I'll keep reading! see; rabid reader wanting more!
