DEREK BROOME
Hi, just joined so I hope I do not ask any questions which you guys have been answering for years and are now seriously fed up of answering.

I not only like the UFO series, but I would like to make and sell on a very samll scale, replicas of craft from the show. Does anyone know if it is possible to make and sell a replica, say of skydiver but call it a submarine and make no reference to the show at all?

Does this side step anything?

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I do not think I can offord Licensing fees.

Anyone have any idea of licensing costs for a product run of no more than 500?

Regards

I have no idea, but you might want to ask the copyright owners of UFO.
I believe the right people to contact are Granada Ventures:

Well I hope you have better luck than me if you try to get an answer
from them as they do not reply to my e-mails about accessing their
photo library and buying pictures.

Maybe you need to call them on the phone. I find that in general,
you can get an answer from companies on the phone when they reply
to your emails.
